In this context, we also conduct a comparative analysis of your company's main direct and indirect competitors. We also include companies from outside the industry if it makes sense to benchmark certain processes. The analysis is carried out on the basis of the relevant value drivers for your target groups and the relevant core competencies in your industry.

On this basis, we then determine the relative strengths and weaknesses of your company in terms of both value drivers and core competencies.
