The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ that consumers can use to resolve a dispute and where more information on dispute resolution can be found.

Out-of-court dispute resolution
We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board in the event of a dispute with a consumer.

Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general laws pursuant to § 7 para.1 TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not obligated as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
